At The Wells Academy student care is paramount importance to us with a team fully committed to providing the best possible support for are entire student body.

Each student is placed in year group tutor groups and their tutor should be their first port of call for any issues, concerns or need for support. Each year group also has a Deputy Head of Year and a Pastoral Key Stage Leader who offer another layer of specialist support and guidance for our pupils.
